U of M Baccalaureate Graduate Employment Location

The University of Minnesota (U of M) attracts students not only from Minnesota, but also other states and from around the world. Many leave following graduation, but many stay over time. Even 10 years after graduation, nearly two-thirds of U of M baccalaureate graduates who work full-time are employed in Minnesota and 79% are employed in the Midwest (indicated as the West North Central and East North Central census regions in the map below).
