The University Data & Institutional Reporting policy and research initiative is a new effort to support student success and equitable outcomes through the analysis of data to address inequities, development of evidence-based strategies, and evaluation of the long-term impact of University programs.
Through briefs, presentations, and publications on various policy and research initiatives, the goal is to enhance student success and create a more equitable educational landscape for all students. As new content is developed in support of this initiative, it will be published below.

U.S. Census PSEO of UMN Alumni: Geography, Wages, and Industry
The U.S. Census Bureau’s Postsecondary employment outcomes (PSEO) project explores the long-term earnings outcomes of our graduates using national employment and earnings data. This brief provides a high level analysis of these data for our undergraduate alumni who are employed and their earnings by campus, offering valuable insights into the economic impact of a University of Minnesota education.
